How Capital Means Finance handles information you share when you request a cash offer.
Who we are
Capital Means Finance is Martin Tippet’s personal buying operation. When CMF is the buyer, Martin acts as a principal — not as the seller’s real-estate agent. Contact: (888) 801-1123. Call or text (443) 234-1300. Martin Tippet | ExecuHome Realty.
Information we collect
When you submit the cash-offer form, we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone, property address, reason for selling, preferred timeline, and occupancy. If you call or text, we also keep the information needed to respond to your inquiry.
How we use it
We use your information to review the property, contact you about a possible cash offer, schedule an in-person visit, and complete a purchase if you choose to move forward. We do not sell your contact information.
How we receive form submissions
Offer requests submitted through this website are delivered to Martin’s team through a secure form relay. The relay address is not published on this page. You may also call or text (888) 801-1123 for faster service.
Sharing
We may share information with title companies, attorneys, or other professionals only as needed to evaluate or complete a transaction you choose to pursue. We do not use your submission for unrelated marketing lists.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number only to communicate with you about your property inquiry. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers who help us deliver messages (such as our messaging platform). All other sharing categories in this policy exclude text-messaging opt-in data and consent.
Calls, recording, and AI
Calls to our phone lines may be answered by MARTIN, an AI voice assistant that uses Martin Tippet's voice with his authorization, and may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up accurately. You can ask to speak with Martin personally at any time.
Retention
We keep inquiry and transaction records as long as needed for legitimate business, legal, and tax purposes, then dispose of them when they are no longer required.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or remove an inquiry that did not become a transaction by calling or texting (888) 801-1123. Submitting the form does not obligate you to sell.
Not advice
Nothing on this website is legal, tax, or probate advice. Situations involving estates, tenants, or title issues may require your own attorney or tax professional.
Updates
We may update this page from time to time. The version posted here is the current statement of our practices.
